This is the bee’s knees of granola! I switched to a primarily paleo diet in 2014. At the time, I was making and eating a yummy oat-based granola. But, since I wanted to cut out all grains, I searched for and tried a variety of paleo granola recipes. This one I’m sharing with you is the result of a recipe mashup I created. I eat this almost every morning on top of plain Redwood Hill Farm Kefir, mixed with a scoop of Biochem Whey Protein powder and fresh fruit. It is Deelishhh! OMG! These are so addictive. Just the right combination of dark chocolate and saltiness. They are much less expensive at Trader Joe’s stores, but if you don’t have one close to you, at least you can get them from Amazon.
I used to grind my own coffee beans until I found Peet’s Major Dickinson’s Blend, pre-ground. For you purists, you can also buy the beans and grind them yourself. But this is good enough for my drip coffee maker, and I do not miss that extra step! It makes a perfect, full-flavored pot of coffee!
